Torrance Memorial Medical Center (TMMC) is a 443-bed nonprofit hospital in Torrance, California. TMMC faced several operational challenges in its pre-analytical workflow, particularly around sample collection, transport, and processing. Incorporating AlinIQ Indexor into their workflow improved overall laboratory operability. As a result, Torrance Memorial Medical Center has seven collection stations, typically processing around 1,000 samples per day.
